The collection borrows from KAWS' Michelin Man-inspired Chum character in addition to featuring other signature figures and his infamous 'xx' motif.

The figures and designs are seen on a variety of garments such as shirts, t-shirts, bags and sweats. Additionally, the collection's designs include

reworked illustrations from the first collection with CDG in addition to fresh new designs.One of the highlights of the collection is a patterned lime

green shirt covered in a KAWS print. Recently, KAWS unveiled an 18-foot bronze-built sculpture at Rockefeller Center in New York City. the new

sculpture is another one of his renowned “COMPANION” characters and is titled “SHARE.” The new sculpture is a part of his “WHAT PARTY” exhibit

that is currently on display at the Brooklyn Museum.

Comme des Garçons continue to develop the theme of art associations, and this time they have attracted the symbol of the new art - the artist KAWS,

whose work is presented within the permanent line of the Shirt brand. For the Japanese brand, KAWS developed an entire alphabet, from which he

folded the letters into CDG and Comme des Garçons shirt combinations. Things were completely covered with CDG letters in the form of KAWS characters

and drawings of a companion figure. The collection contains both completely black and white prints and the integration of shades of green, pink, yellow

and pale orange.
